Ladies Night: Wine & Cheese & Self-Defence

Our classes provide practical, "hands on" opportunities to learn and practice skills of self-defence.  The focus is on empowerment, respect and consent, practicality of techniques, accessiblity for all, and provision of ongoing training. The scenarious are realistic and students are given opportunity to explore situations and ask questions.  We focus on audience-appropriate (age appropriate lessons) and language.
