Covid Policy
We will do everything we can to keep our Club members and their families safe! ​​

KARATE CLASSES WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS WHEN POSSIBLE. WRESTLING WILL TAKE PLACE INDOORS

** PARENTS - Please drop off your child and refrain from entering the building unless pre-arranged. We will greet your children at the door
​
​
** ALL MEMBERS (Over Age 18) are required to provide proof of vaccination. Please contact us with questions
When you enter Tri-City Training:​

Sanitize your hands when you enter and before you leave

Your attendance will be recorded and Covid Screening
-
Your temperature will be recorded upon entry
-
You must wear a mask in all common areas
-
Obey the signage that is posted
-
Please do not linger indoors after classes
-
Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes early for your class

Capacity Limits & Sanitization

Maximum Capacity cannot exceed 50% of the maximum room capacity (Fire Code)

Class sizes will be reduced. Two instructors may be on site to split class size if necessary

Disinfecting protocols will be followed after each class

During Class:

Although masks are not mandatory during training and contact is permitted, please be respectful of training partners and comply with mask wearing if the need arises

All instructors at Tri-City Training are fully vaccinated.

Students over age 12 will be required to show proof of vaccination with vaccine certificate as per government regulations (as of September 22, 2021)
Your responsibility:

Do not attend class if you are ill. If you arrive sick, we will send you home.

If you leave the country, or have come into contact with a person who has been exposed to Covid-19, please wait two weeks before returning to in-person class or provide proof of a negative Covid test.

Everyone using the club must maintain a 2 metres physical distance unless practicing

No sharing of personal items (e.g., water bottles, uniforms etc.)

In case of lockdown:

Classes will move online

In the case of lockdown, there are no refunds for membership and training fees, although we may make exceptions in extreme situations. Please review the refund policy.

If a case is determined at the club, Public Health will be notified, and all members of their club if a member, or someone that was in contact with persons who have contracted COVID19. The Facility must immediately close, be sanitized and remain closed until further direction from the Municipality’s Department of Public Health.
